LEGO unveils Speed Champions Bugatti Centodieci set
LEGO introduces the 291-piece Speed Champions Bugatti Centodieci set, capturing the rare hypercar's design. Available worldwide from August 1.
In the world of hypercars, a few models instantly achieve legendary status, and the Bugatti Centodieci is undoubtedly one of them. Hand-built in Bugatti’s Molsheim Atelier in France, only ten examples of this car were ever produced. Created as a tribute to the iconic EB110, the Centodieci features an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine producing 1,600 PS and a distinctive design with five air intakes, unique rims, and a striking rear wing. The final example was delivered to its owner in December 2022, marking the end of an extraordinary chapter in Bugatti’s history. Now, that legacy takes a new form in miniature.
Starting August 1, 2025, Bugatti and LEGO fans will be able to assemble their own version of this rare hypercar. LEGO has unveiled the Speed Champions Bugatti Centodieci set (77240), consisting of 291 pieces, faithfully capturing the car’s key elements. The white body with black accents, the signature horseshoe grille, slim headlights, four tailpipes, and even a Bugatti-branded driver minifigure allow builders to recreate the unmistakable look of the Centodieci. Measuring approximately 15 cm long, 4 cm high, and 7 cm wide, the model can be built in under 45 minutes according to early reviews.
Priced at €26.99, the set will be available at LEGO stores and online at LEGO.com. In some European markets, prices range between €20.79 and €26.99. Purchases will be limited to three sets per household, highlighting the anticipated demand among collectors.
The collaboration between LEGO and Bugatti began in 2018 with the launch of the Technic Chiron model, followed by the Bolide. This new Speed Champions set brings the Bugatti experience to a wider audience, offering a more compact format while preserving the original’s design and details.
According to Bugatti and LEGO representatives, the project not only gives fans a chance to add a rare hypercar to their collection but also aims to inspire a new generation of automotive enthusiasts and LEGO builders. Given the success of past collaborations and the interest in limited editions, the Centodieci set is likely to become a prized collectible for fans of speed and engineering.
