Bentley introduces tailored insurance for UK customers

Bentley Financial Services presents a new bespoke insurance for UK owners, covering every model from heritage icons to modern grand tourers.

On 2 October 2025, Bentley Motors launched a bespoke insurance service dedicated to Bentley owners in the United Kingdom, operated on behalf of Bentley Financial Services. The programme covers new and pre-owned cars across the marque’s 106-year history — from the Team Blower and the 1952 R-Type Continental to today’s Continental GT.

The service has been developed with Chubb European Group as underwriter and Carbon Insurance Brokers (part of The Connexus Group) as administrator and claims manager, aligning a high-value asset specialist with a dedicated policy and claims operation.

The offer includes three options: Annual Cover for Bentley vehicles; Five-Day Complimentary Drive Away Insurance for customers buying a new or used Bentley from an authorised retailer; and Heritage Cover designed for classic models, including the first-generation Continental GT. The service currently applies to the UK market.

According to the customer site, Bentley Motor Insurance is sold and administered by Bentley Insurance Brokers, a trading name of Lawshield UK Limited (FCA No. 306793), and underwritten by Chubb European Group SE. Heritage documentation highlights agreed value settlements and UK/European roadside assistance with HomeStart included.

Lawshield UK and Carbon Insurance Brokers are part of The Connexus Group, which provides outsourced claims and policy administration; Lawshield notes a longstanding collaboration with Chubb on motor claims. Together, these roles reinforce a seamless ownership journey from policy purchase to claims handling.

Overall, the launch extends Bentley’s ownership experience beyond the car itself, bringing insurance into the same crafted ecosystem that defines the brand’s customer care.
