Kia unveils teaser images of the all-new 2027 Telluride
Kia reveals teaser images of the 2027 Telluride, showcasing the Opposites United design with sharp lines and Star Map LED lighting before its debut at the 2025 LA Auto Show.
Kia has unveiled the first teaser images of the second-generation 2027 Telluride, set to make its world premiere on November 20, 2025, at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The new design embodies Kia’s Opposites United philosophy, which blends the contrasts between nature and humanity, emphasizing a balance of strength and harmony.
The images reveal a bold, upright silhouette with broad shoulders, sharp angles, and vertical Star Map LED lighting. Distinct triangular creases on the fenders evoke the chiseled facets of a diamond, inspired by the rugged landscapes of the Rocky Mountains that gave the model its name. At the rear, the window line rises subtly toward the D-pillar, creating a sense of motion even when stationary, while black inserts give the roof a floating effect.
While Kia has not yet disclosed technical specifications, automotive outlets anticipate a hybrid powertrain and off-road-oriented X-Line and X-Pro variants. The Telluride is expected to retain its spacious format while reflecting Kia’s commitment to sustainable mobility, reinforced by the brand’s inclusion in TIME’s list of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies.
Full details will be revealed on November 20 during Kia’s press conference at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which will be livestreamed on the company’s official website and social media channels.
