Bentley welcomes 2025 early careers cohort and opens 2026 opportunities
Bentley Motors welcomes its 2025 early careers cohort and announces 65 new vacancies for 2026, strengthening its Beyond100+ electrification strategy and Dream Factory vision.
Bentley Motors has welcomed its 2025 early careers cohort while simultaneously opening new vacancies for 2026, reaffirming its long-term commitment to developing future talent. In Crewe, the company greeted new Apprentices, Industrial Placements and Graduates at a decisive moment in its transformation, as Bentley continues its Beyond100+ strategy aiming for full electrification and the completion of the innovative Dream Factory.
For years, Bentley’s early careers programme has been a cornerstone for nurturing engineers, designers and business leaders of the future. The latest intake offers 65 positions — 41 one-year industrial placements and 24 three-to-four-year apprenticeships. More than half of these focus on rapidly evolving disciplines such as digital software, electrical engineering and artificial intelligence, mirroring Bentley’s shift towards innovation and sustainable mobility.
The Dream Factory in Crewe represents more than a production site; it is a carbon-neutral, digitally driven hub incorporating digital twin technology, automation and energy-efficient systems. It also houses new facilities such as the Engineering Technical Centre and the Excellence Centre for Quality & Launch, both essential in preparing for the release of Bentley’s first fully electric vehicle.
Dr. Karen Lange, Member of the Board for People and Culture at Bentley Motors, highlighted the vital role of early careers initiatives in shaping the company’s future. She emphasised Bentley’s ambition to attract “ambitious, diverse individuals who can bring the Beyond100+ strategy to life and redefine the meaning of luxury in the automotive world.”
Among the new recruits are ten participants from the 2024/2025 programme who will return as graduates, continuing their professional journey within Bentley. Their experience underscores the company’s goal of fostering long-term growth and skill development from within.
As Bentley accelerates its transition towards electrification and digital production, it underlines that its success depends on people — their ideas, creativity and adaptability. Investing in the next generation of talent is therefore not only part of Bentley’s strategy but a defining element of its identity.
