Toyota Racing Development (TRD) uses its motorsport precision to manufacture Tacoma and Tundra upper control arms, as reported by Toyota USA Newsroom.

Bentley has outlined a significant update to its Beyond100+ strategy, setting a clear course for the years ahead. The company confirmed that its first fully electric vehicle — a compact luxury SUV developed in Crewe — is now entering the pre-series phase. Described as the world’s first true Luxury Urban SUV, the model will measure under five metres and mark the beginning of a new chapter for the brand. Its world debut is scheduled for late 2026, with first deliveries expected in 2027.

The car will combine traditional Bentley craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, promising industry-leading charging speeds — from 0 to 100 miles in under seven minutes. Technical details such as platform architecture, battery capacity, and charging power have not yet been disclosed, but the company confirms that development remains on track, with prototypes undergoing a global testing programme.

Bentley is also adjusting its electrification timeline. The target of becoming fully electric by 2035 may be extended, as the marque plans to continue offering plug-in hybrids until at least that date, citing strong customer demand for the technology’s balance of performance and practicality.

At the same time, internal combustion engines remain part of the brand’s near-term strategy. Following the introduction of the Bentayga Speed earlier in 2025, Bentley confirmed that another limited-production petrol model will be unveiled before the end of the year. Automotive media report that the name Supersports is likely to return, although official confirmation is still pending.

Central to the Beyond100+ vision is the continued transformation of Bentley’s Crewe headquarters. The Dream Factory — a next-generation, digital and sustainable manufacturing site — is progressing rapidly. A new quality and launch centre has opened, an integrated logistics hub is complete, and a state-of-the-art paint shop is due to open in 2026. Together, these investments secure the site’s role as the heart of Bentley’s future in the electric era.
