Jeep Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition Debuts in Twelve 4 Twelve Series
Jeep has presented the 2026 Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition as part of its Twelve 4 Twelve program, highlighting heritage design and standard equipment.
Jeep continues its yearlong 85th anniversary celebration with the introduction of the Jeep Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition, the third limited model in the Twelve 4 Twelve series. The program spans twelve months and delivers twelve special Wrangler editions, each highlighting a different facet of the brand’s heritage.
Rather than focusing on radical mechanical changes, the anniversary edition emphasizes identity and design. At the heart of the concept is a tribute to Jeep Americana, expressed through plaid interior details inspired by working traditions and outdoor culture. Plaid seat inserts, “85th” tags, commemorative accents and durable interior materials reinforce the connection to the brand’s long-standing utilitarian roots.
On the outside, the Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition is defined by exclusive visual elements, including Steel Oxide-painted 17-inch wheels, bronze tow hooks, Blue Agave anniversary badges and body-color fender flares. The result is a refined yet rugged appearance that stays true to the Wrangler’s established design language.
Equipment levels reflect familiar Wrangler specifications. Standard features include the Convenience Group with heated seats and steering wheel, advanced driver-assistance systems, LED lighting and an Alpine premium audio system. Buyers can choose between different hardtop options, while all-terrain tires are offered at no additional cost.
The anniversary theme also extends to the Jeep Gladiator 85th Anniversary Edition, which carries the same heritage-inspired design cues onto the brand’s open-air pickup. This move underlines that the celebration is not limited to a single nameplate but represents a broader statement across the lineup.
Pricing remains deliberately restrained. The Wrangler 85th Anniversary Edition is positioned just $710 above a comparably equipped Sport S, while the Gladiator version carries a $1,005 premium. The strategy suggests Jeep is aiming to make its anniversary models attainable for everyday customers, not only for enthusiasts.
Additional 85th Anniversary editions are scheduled to appear throughout the year, ensuring that the Twelve 4 Twelve program continues to unfold as a central narrative in Jeep’s milestone celebration.
