Alfa Romeo and Maserati unveil the BOTTEGAFUORISERIE project in Paris, presenting four bespoke models at Ultimate Supercar Garage. Discover the details.

In Paris, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Alfa Romeo and Maserati have made the first public appearance of their joint project, BOTTEGAFUORISERIE. The debut took place at Ultimate Supercar Garage, running until 1 February alongside the 50th edition of Rétromobile, and aimed at collectors, enthusiasts, and key figures from the automotive world.

BOTTEGAFUORISERIE marks the first time the two Italian brands under the Stellantis umbrella have shared a stand at a motor show. The project is built around customisation, craftsmanship, and the fusion of design, performance, and racing expertise. In Paris, this vision was expressed through four cars – two from Alfa Romeo and two from Maserati – each representing a different facet of the initiative.

The centrepiece of the stand was the new Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, a modern reinterpretation of one of the brand’s most iconic cars. Limited to just 33 units, all of which were sold before its public debut, the car shown in Paris featured a distinctive green livery inspired by historic Alfa Romeo models and the marque’s racing heritage.

Alongside it stood the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa, an ultra-limited series of only ten cars developed within the BOTTEGAFUORISERIE framework. Created in partnership with the Luna Rossa team, the model is linked to the 38th America’s Cup, which will be held in Italy for the first time, in the Gulf of Naples. Thanks to extensive aerodynamic development, the Luna Rossa edition delivers significantly increased downforce compared with the standard Quadrifoglio, making it the most aerodynamically efficient version to date.

Maserati’s presence was defined by two cars with very different purposes but a shared philosophy. The MCXtrema, built exclusively for track use and produced in just 62 examples, was presented in a bespoke livery created together with its owner. Powered by the 740 hp Nettuno V6 engine, it represents the most extreme expression of Maserati’s racing DNA.

The display was completed by the Maserati GT2 Stradale, the road-legal evolution of the GT2 race car. Combining motorsport-derived aerodynamics with usability on public roads, it stands as the most powerful internal combustion road car ever produced by the brand. The model has also become a key platform for personalisation, with a large share of customers opting for extensive Fuoriserie custom solutions.

BOTTEGAFUORISERIE itself is presented not simply as a department, but as a comprehensive ecosystem. It brings together one-off and limited-run creations, advanced customisation, racing-derived innovation, and the preservation of historical heritage. According to the leadership of Alfa Romeo and Maserati, the project is intended to become a strategic asset, strengthening both brands through exclusivity, craftsmanship, and emotional value rather than volume alone.

The Paris debut suggests that BOTTEGAFUORISERIE is conceived as a long-term platform – one capable of shaping a new vision of the bespoke sports car, where history, technology, and individual expression carry equal weight.
