Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG have unveiled their latest eyewear collection in collaboration with Berlin-based brand ic! berlin. Marking their sixth joint edition, the series transforms automotive design into a wearable statement — from refined frames to innovative sun lenses. The lineup includes eight models: two pairs of prescription glasses and two sunglasses from each brand.
The central concept blends retro elements with a modern minimalist aesthetic. Mercedes-Benz models stand out with flowing lines, star patterns on the temples, and photochromic lenses that adapt to changing light. Two hybrid models combine acetate and stainless steel, offering both durability and elegance.
The Mercedes-AMG line is more dynamic, featuring bold contours and ultralight construction. A highlight is the debut of FLEXARBON® — an innovative carbon fibre material crafted from eight laminated layers. The new color patterns “Twill Night” and “Raw Night” draw inspiration from AMG vehicle interiors.
The collection is available at ic! berlin’s flagship store in Berlin and through selected global retailers, including online platforms such as LuxuryEyesite.com and EyeOns.com.
The partnership dates back to 2020. Each collection has redefined the intersection of automotive engineering and fashion design. These editions are regularly featured at global events like Opti Munich and receive recognition from industry experts.
According to ic! berlin’s lead designer, Harry Skinner, the collaboration between two visually driven brands enables the creation of truly unique products — combining cutting-edge materials with sophisticated aesthetics.
Given the attention this latest release has already attracted, it’s likely to become another standout moment for both design enthusiasts and fans of luxury automotive culture.
