OneHealth by Renault Group: a new standard in employee well-being
Renault Group's OneHealth offers global health access, preventive care, and 24/7 support to all employees by 2026, reinforcing its people-first vision.
Renault Group’s Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2025, in Boulogne-Billancourt marked more than a routine shareholder gathering—it was a pivotal moment reflecting the culmination of four years under the Renaulution strategy. All 24 proposed resolutions were adopted, with a participation rate of 74.04%, representing over 12,000 shareholders and more than 213 million shares.
In a challenging global environment, the company’s leadership reaffirmed its commitment to long-term transformation. Chairman Jean-Dominique Senard emphasized a strategy grounded in accountability, training, and fair value distribution among stakeholders. CEO Luca de Meo reflected on what he described as Renault’s strongest performance in three decades, highlighting the company’s renewed product range and outstanding financial results as proof of its resilience and innovative spirit.
A clear indicator of confidence came with the approval of a €2.20 dividend per share—a 19% increase over the previous year. Beyond numbers, the move signaled a tangible validation of the company’s strategic direction.
Employee inclusion also took center stage. Through the Renaulution Shareplan, employee shareholders now represent 5.63% of Renault’s capital, up from 3.6% just three years ago. In 2024 alone, 93,000 employees received free shares, and 46,000 bought discounted ones. The Group aims to increase this to 10% by 2030—an ambition that sets Renault apart in the automotive industry.
Renault’s OneHealth program reflects its people-first approach, offering health screenings, telemedicine, and round-the-clock psychological support. The initiative, which is being rolled out across all operating countries, targets full global employee coverage by June 2025, demonstrating the Group’s commitment to well-being beyond the workplace.
ReKnow University, launched in 2021, has trained over 40,000 individuals to date. With courses in electrification, circular economy, AI, and cybersecurity, the platform now spans multiple countries across Europe and Latin America, with further expansion planned internationally.
These initiatives are part of a broader transformation that Renault defines not merely as a plan but as a shift in mindset. Considering the company’s investments in French factories, progress on decarbonization, and robust financials, it’s clear that Renault is not just adjusting to the future—it is actively shaping it.
