Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Expands Operations in Fort Worth

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is relocating more than 120 jobs to its Fort Worth headquarters, strengthening operations and customer support across North America.

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA is expanding its presence in Texas, with more than 120 jobs set to be relocated to the company’s headquarters in Fort Worth. The move involves employees transferring from other Mercedes-Benz locations across the United States, while additional hiring will also take place locally. The relocation and recruitment process is expected to continue through August 2026.

The financial services arm of Mercedes-Benz provides financing, leasing and insurance solutions for customers purchasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles and for the brand’s dealer network. According to Cameron Keating, Head of Operations at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA, bringing critical roles together in Fort Worth is intended to strengthen collaboration across teams and support the high level of service expected by customers and dealer partners.

The MBFS USA headquarters is located within AllianceTexas, one of the largest business developments in North Texas. Mercedes-Benz opened its modern business center there in 2019. The facility spans approximately 200,000 square feet and hosts several key operational functions, including customer service, credit operations, collections and remarketing activities.

Following a broader organizational restructuring within Mercedes-Benz, Fort Worth became the headquarters of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA at the beginning of 2026. The latest expansion further strengthens the role of the site, which already supports financial services operations not only for the United States but also for Canada and Mexico.

Local officials see the company’s growth as a positive development for the region. The Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership notes that the addition of new jobs reinforces the city’s reputation as a strong destination for financial services businesses and for companies seeking access to a skilled workforce.

The AllianceTexas development itself has evolved into one of the most significant economic hubs in the region. Hundreds of companies operate within the development, employing tens of thousands of workers and generating a major economic impact for North Texas. Within this ecosystem, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services has become a prominent corporate presence.

The relocation of more than 120 roles, together with ongoing hiring in the coming months, further solidifies Fort Worth’s position as a key operational center for Mercedes-Benz financial services in North America. For the company, concentrating teams in one location is expected to improve coordination and strengthen customer and dealer support as the financial services side of the automotive industry continues to grow.
