Bentley Dresden celebrates 10 years with a scenic road trip, historic models, and a nod to future innovation through Beyond100+ strategy.

Ten years ago, Bentley Dresden opened its doors in Radebeul, adding a new landmark for luxury car enthusiasts in Eastern Germany. Over the past decade, it has grown beyond a dealership into a hub for those who appreciate not just the prestige of Bentley, but also its deep-rooted heritage.

The 10th anniversary celebration on July 21 was designed with Bentley's signature blend of elegance and tradition. Guests joined a scenic 150-kilometre road trip through Saxony, featuring 12 Bentley models spanning nearly a century. Highlights included a rare 1937 Bentley 4½ Litre with a historic Mayfair body and a stately 2001 Arnage Red Label—representing the era of Bentley’s legendary 6.75-litre Rolls-Royce V8 engines.

The journey concluded at the renowned Villa Esche in Chemnitz, an architectural gem of the Jugendstil movement, designed by Henry van de Velde. Guests explored its art nouveau interiors before gathering for an intimate dinner that rounded off the day in style.

Richard Leopold, Bentley’s Regional Director for Europe, UK, and MEAI, underscored the strategic role of Bentley Dresden in supporting the brand’s evolving portfolio. At the forefront are the new Bentayga Speed with a V8 engine and the transition toward V8-based hybrid powertrains in the next-generation Continental GT and Flying Spur.

Today, Bentley Dresden stands as more than just a showroom with 400 square metres of display space. It is a gateway to bespoke craftsmanship, offering customers access to personalised touches—whether in stitching, leather, or interior trims. As Bentley moves forward with its Beyond100+ strategy, aiming to become a fully electric luxury carmaker by 2035, the Dresden retailer remains an essential part of this transformation.

The anniversary serves as a reminder that true luxury lies not only in horsepower and lacquered surfaces. It lives in the details: from patinated Mulliner Heritage leather tanned using traditional methods, to 3D-printed interior features and AI-powered hide inspection systems. And Bentley Dresden appears ready to lead into the next chapter of this journey.
