Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron combines long range and comfort

Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron offers up to 657 km range, fast charging, spacious interior, and advanced driver assistance for comfortable long-distance travel.
Audi is expanding its electric lineup with the Q6 Sportback e-tron, a model that blends SUV practicality with the elegance of a coupe-like silhouette. Designed for those who spend long hours on the road, it offers comfort, range, and advanced features suited for extended journeys.
Built on the PPE platform, co-developed with Porsche, it features an 800-volt electrical architecture enabling rapid charging at up to 270 kW. This allows for a range boost of up to 265 km in just ten minutes, while a 10 to 80 percent charge takes around 21–22 minutes. During charging, the cabin remains air-conditioned, and in motion, climate control has minimal impact on range.

The lineup includes several variants. Rear-wheel drive Q6 Sportback e-tron models deliver 185 or 225 kW depending on the battery, with up to 657 km WLTP range. The quattro all-wheel drive offers 285 kW and up to 636 km, while the range-topping SQ6 Sportback e-tron produces 360 kW and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds.

Practical touches are evident throughout. The boot holds 511 liters, expanding to 1,373 liters, with an additional 64-liter front compartment for easily accessible items. A towing capacity of up to 2,400 kg makes it suitable for trailers and boats.
On long trips, comfort takes center stage. Adaptive air suspension automatically adjusts ride height based on load, while an array of driver assistance systems – from adaptive cruise control with extended functions to lane change assist and night vision – reduces fatigue and enhances safety.

Entertainment options are equally modern. Passengers can access YouTube and DAZN via the integrated app store or play interactive AirConsole games, controlling them directly from smartphones.
Sales of the Q6 Sportback e-tron in Europe began in late 2024, with first deliveries in certain markets expected in 2025. In Germany, the SQ6 starts at €96,200, while base models are priced from €65,900. With its range, charging speed, ergonomic design, and technology package, the model stands out as one of the most versatile offerings in its segment, poised to strengthen Audi’s position in the premium EV class.
