Alfa Romeo Junior Stars with Pedro Alonso in Cosa fa cantare il tuo cuore

Alfa Romeo launches Chapter 2 of Learn to Love Again, featuring Junior and Pedro Alonso in a passionate short film that blends music, design and emotion.
Alfa Romeo has unveiled the second chapter of its Learn to Love Again campaign with the short film Cosa fa cantare il tuo cuore (“What Makes Your Heart Sing”), once again starring Spanish actor Pedro Alonso. The spotlight falls on the new Alfa Romeo Junior, a compact sports crossover that signals the brand’s return to the crucial B-SUV segment.
This new episode moves beyond mere emotion: Alonso sings the iconic Italian track “Cuore Matto” in a packed club, captivating the crowd and catching the eye of a mysterious young woman. Their fleeting connection leads them into the club’s garage, where the Junior appears in a dramatic finale, fusing music, light, and motion into one crescendo.
The Junior range spans from the 156-hp Elettrica to the high-performance Veloce producing around 280 hp and sprinting to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds. A mild-hybrid Ibrida version — also available as Q4 all-wheel drive — broadens the car’s appeal with efficiency and accessibility. Built on the e-CMP platform, the Junior measures roughly 4.17 m in length with up to 415 liters of cargo space, offering a balance between agility and practicality.
More than a product launch, Learn to Love Again frames the Junior as a statement of Alfa Romeo’s evolution. Deliveries in Europe and the UK are scheduled for 2025, and critics have praised its sharp steering and engaging drive, while noting that the EV’s real-world range remains modest compared with some rivals.
By combining a cinematic storyline, Alonso’s charisma, and the brand’s Italian sporting DNA, Alfa Romeo positions the Junior as both an object of desire and a herald of its electric future — a future where the brand aims to become fully electrified by 2027.
