FAT International and Peaches hosted a Porsche pop-up in Tokyo, unveiling a GT3 in exclusive livery and capsule collection to celebrate car culture.

Tokyo hosted a striking pop-up event that blended international motorsport with the city’s vibrant car culture. At Peaches. Japan Garage, FAT International and Porsche created a meeting point where enthusiasts and creatives came together.

The highlight was the unveiling of a Porsche 911 GT3 (992.2) with Weissach package in an exclusive FAT livery. The design pays tribute to Porsche’s legendary 1994 Le Mans victory with the 962, combining typography, logos, and bespoke graphic elements. The car became a visual emblem of the collaboration, complemented by the release of the limited FAT x Peaches Capsule Collection. Hoodies, shirts, and accessories were offered both at the pop-up and through FAT International’s online shop.

Even before the official opening, participants joined the FAT Mankei Export Drive. The convoy left Tokyo for the famous Hakone Turnpike, ending with a Cars & Coffee gathering at the summit. The lineup included models such as the 911 Turbo Flatnose (930), 993 Carrera RS, 944 S2, 718 Cayman GT4 RS, and the Taycan Sport Turismo, reflecting how classic heritage and modern technology coexist in Japan’s automotive landscape.

The weekend also connected to the WEC 6 Hours of Fuji, where FAT International celebrated its World Endurance Championship campaign. Partnered with Proton Competition, the team competes in the 2025 Hypercar class with the Porsche 963. Official FIA records confirm the driver lineup of Neel Jani, Nicolas Varrone, and Nicolas Pino. Fuji became a stage where racing, design, and community intersected, although dedicated FAT x Peaches track activities have not been officially documented.

The roots of FAT International trace back to the 1990s, when the logistics company F.A.T. Turbo Express gained fame by sponsoring Porsche 962 and achieving Le Mans success. Nearly three decades later, Ferdinand “Ferdi” Porsche revived the brand as a cultural platform. Alongside racing, FAT now promotes projects such as the FAT Karting League, co-founded with Formula 1 engineer Rob Smedley. The league’s concept offers accessible karting, coaching, and even a path into junior formulas, though no confirmed Japanese dates have been released.

Porsche’s presence in Japan has long been significant. The Porsche Festival at PEC Tokyo gathers thousands of fans and hundreds of cars, while Peaches. Japan Garage serves as a creative hub. This latest FAT x Peaches collaboration was more than an event—it was a statement about the future of car culture, defined by diversity, partnership, and shared passion.
