Polestar has introduced Polestar Fleet Telematics, a new fleet management system that unites telematics, analytics and sustainability into a single digital ecosystem. Developed in collaboration with Echoes, Geotab and High Mobility, the solution is available across Polestar models from the 2 to the 5.
The key feature of the service is that no additional hardware is required — data flows directly from the vehicle. Through built-in APIs, the system collects information on battery status, charge level, routes, diagnostics and usage patterns. These real-time data sets integrate seamlessly with established fleet platforms such as Geotab MyGeotab.
According to Ramon Lingen, Head of Global Fleet and Pre-owned, the launch of Polestar Fleet Telematics marks an important milestone for both the company and its corporate customers. He noted that Polestar’s telematics combine sustainability with intelligent technology, enabling operators to make smarter, data-driven and environmentally responsible decisions.
Partners played a central role in building the platform. High Mobility provides secure API access to vehicle data for Polestar 2, 3 and 4; Echoes unifies multi-brand data sources; and Geotab integrates everything into its analytical environment. All services comply with international data-protection standards including ISO 27001, TISAX and GDPR.
As demand for digital tools in electric fleet management grows, Polestar aims to strengthen its position in the corporate mobility market. The system is designed to help companies cut costs, monitor fleet health and improve operational efficiency. While specific pilot cases have not yet been disclosed, integration into Geotab’s global network suggests broad potential for expansion.
