Discover the “Opel Love” exhibition in Zaragoza, featuring over 25 iconic Opel models, from the 1899 Lutzmann to the futuristic Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo, open until February 2026.

From October 15, the Mobility City Zaragoza on the iconic Zaha Hadid Bridge has been illuminated in the colors of the Opel Blitz. The exhibition “Opel Love” celebrates more than 150 years of Opel’s history, bringing together over 25 unique pieces from the Opel Classic collection — from 19th-century sewing machines to cutting-edge electric concepts.

The centerpiece is the Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo, shown in Spain for the first time. Visitors can experience the car both physically and virtually through two Gran Turismo 7 simulators. With its twin electric motors producing 800 hp, all-wheel drive, and futuristic design, it embodies the fusion of innovation and heritage.

Historic vehicles such as the Patent Motorwagen System Lutzmann (1899), the 4/8 PS “Doktorwagen” (1909), and the 4/12 PS “Laubfrosch” (1924) recall the era when Opel pioneered accessible technology. Each tells part of the story of how the company brought mobility to a wider public.

The show also underlines Opel’s deep connection with Zaragoza, where the Corsa has been produced for over four decades at the Figueruelas plant — one of Stellantis’s key facilities, now including electric assembly lines.

Concepts such as the record-breaking Elektro GT (1971), the OSV 40 (1974) safety prototype, and the GT X Experimental (2018) frame the exhibition’s theme of evolution. Together they trace a path from the company’s pioneering spirit to its fully electric future.

“Opel Love” runs until February 2026, offering an immersive journey through the past and future of German engineering — and a reminder that Opel’s bold vision continues to drive mobility forward.
