Aston Martin and Valor Real Estate Development announced an 18-storey luxury residential project in Daytona Beach Shores, set for completion in 2029.

Aston Martin has announced a new chapter in its real estate expansion — the Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, an 18-storey luxury development on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The project marks the beginning of a multi-project partnership with Valor Real Estate Development and continues the brand’s strategy of extending its identity beyond the automotive world.

Located at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, just minutes from the iconic Daytona International Speedway, the tower will feature 86 residences spread across approximately 320,000 square feet, including two parking levels and two penthouse floors with eight double-height units. Completion is scheduled for 2029.

As with previous Aston Martin residential ventures, the Daytona Beach Shores project is being designed in close collaboration with the brand’s design team, ensuring interiors and architecture reflect the craftsmanship, balance, and innovation that define Aston Martin’s automotive creations.

Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification at Aston Martin, described the partnership with Valor as a key step in creating exclusive “Aston Martin-style living.” Valor’s CEO, Moises Agami, called Daytona Beach Shores a rising destination in Florida’s luxury market and an ideal setting for world-class development.

The project follows in the footsteps of the Aston Martin Residences in Miami and the townhouse in Tokyo’s Omotesando district. Further joint developments are already being explored in Mexico City and Tampa Bay, highlighting the brand’s growing presence in high-end real estate.

Aston Martin contributes its design expertise and brand identity, while Valor manages construction and sales. The developer, recognized for the Serena by the Sea project in Clearwater, continues to expand its footprint in the luxury segment.

The location’s proximity to the Daytona International Speedway adds symbolic depth to the project. Aston Martin’s racing history in Daytona — including its Vantage class victory at the 2023 Rolex 24 Hours — connects performance heritage with architectural ambition, turning the new development into a living embodiment of speed, precision, and craftsmanship.
