SEAT marks its 75th anniversary with refreshed Ibiza and Arona, featuring improved interiors, upgraded tech, and a renewed focus on accessible mobility.

Marking its 75th anniversary, SEAT is celebrating with the refresh of two of its most recognisable models — the Ibiza and the Arona. Both vehicles remain central to the brand’s strategy, combining fresh design, refined interiors, and a continued focus on accessible, sustainable mobility.

The new exterior treatment gives both models a sharper and more confident presence. A redesigned front end with a new hexagonal grille and slim LED headlights adds a technical and contemporary look, while emphasising the width and sporty stance. Updated bumpers and a new range of alloy wheels from 15 to 18 inches strengthen their individuality, complemented by dark aluminium model lettering that underlines the modern aesthetic.

The colour palette has been refreshed with more vivid, expressive tones that reflect SEAT’s youthful energy. The Arona also offers contrasting roof options in Midnight Black and Manhattan Grey, enhancing its visual character.

Inside, both cars have undergone a clear step forward in quality and design. New embossed textiles, a darker headliner, and refined soft-touch materials create a more cohesive and premium atmosphere. The FR trim now features bucket seats as standard, blending sporty comfort with everyday usability. Perforated leather on the steering wheel adds a tactile sense of precision and craftsmanship.

Technological updates include the improved SEAT Sound system with six speakers, a subwoofer, and a 300W amplifier, along with a 15W wireless charging pad equipped with cooling technology for better performance.

Power comes from a range of efficient petrol engines delivering between 80 and 150 PS, already designed to meet upcoming EU7 standards. These engines maintain SEAT’s characteristic balance of dynamism and practicality.

Production continues at the Martorell plant near Barcelona, with sales starting in January 2026. The company plans to introduce mild-hybrid versions of both the Ibiza and Arona in 2027, followed by a full hybrid Leon in 2028.

The updated Ibiza and Arona thus mark more than just a milestone celebration — they signal SEAT’s entry into a new era of design and innovation, grounded in accessibility, quality, and forward-looking ambition.
