Bugatti Veyron 20 Years: Record Gathering at Wynn Las Vegas
Bugatti marked 20 years of the Veyron at the Wynn Las Vegas Concours with 47 cars displayed, celebrating the hypercar’s legacy and its lasting influence.
At the Wynn Las Vegas greens in late October 2025, the automotive world witnessed the largest Bugatti gathering ever held. The Concours at Wynn Las Vegas, running from October 30 to November 2, became the pinnacle of celebrations marking the 20th anniversary of the legendary Bugatti Veyron — a car that forever redefined speed, engineering, and design.
At the heart of the event stood the Veyron itself. According to Bugatti, 47 examples of the model were displayed, forming part of a 66-strong Bugatti lineup. Among them were some of the rarest versions — the all-black Veyron Sang Noir with its red interior, and the Sang Bleu, the first Bugatti finished in blue carbon fiber. On the Friends of Wynn lawn, visitors admired the hand-painted Veyron “Vagues de Lumière,” which recently inspired two Chiron Super Sport Sur Mesure creations, along with models from the Les Légendes de Bugatti series honoring Jean-Pierre Wimille and Meo Costantini.
Many of the showcased hypercars proudly bore La Maison Pur Sang certification, verifying their authenticity and historical lineage. Together, they transformed the Concours into a living gallery of automotive artistry — a vivid portrait of Bugatti’s design and innovation legacy.
Christophe Piochon, President of Bugatti Automobiles, and Design Director Frank Heyl personally met with owners and enthusiasts. For many, it was the first opportunity to present their Veyron to the public. Piochon called it “a story of the impossible made real,” reflecting on the emotional connection between the car and its devotees.
The weekend culminated in the Tour d’Elegance, a spectacular parade along the Las Vegas Strip. Though the exact number of participants was not disclosed, witnesses described it as an unforgettable sight — dozens of hypercars gliding through the Nevada sun in a tribute to two decades of innovation.
During the Concours weekend, a 2010 Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 Coupe sold at the Broad Arrow auction for $2,205,000, a record for a standard Veyron. The sale underscored how the model’s value as a collector’s icon continues to rise alongside its mythic status.
Twenty years after the debut of the Veyron 16.4, its spirit still drives the brand’s modern creations — from the Chiron to the Tourbillon. The Las Vegas Concours was not merely a celebration of a milestone, but a tribute to an engineering revolution that began two decades ago in Molsheim.
