FIAT and Britto Present Unique Fiat Topolino During Miami Art Week
FIAT and Romero Britto reveal a unique Fiat Topolino at Miami Art Week, highlighting the artist’s vibrant style and the brand’s micromobility vision.
FIAT and artist Romero Britto have unveiled a one-of-a-kind Fiat Topolino in Miami during Art Week, turning the small electric vehicle into a vibrant moving artwork. The uniquely designed model, named “Brittolino,” is displayed in the Grand Salon at the Britto Palace, the world’s largest art studio and the global headquarters of the BRITTO brand.
The collaboration highlights a natural alignment between FIAT’s focus on joyful, accessible micromobility and Britto’s signature visual language, known for its optimistic blend of Cubism, pop art, and graffiti. According to FIAT CEO Olivier Francois, Britto’s style resonates strongly with the personality of the Topolino, which has already drawn significant attention across Europe and recently in the United States after appearances at the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance and major auto shows in New York and Los Angeles.
Francois confirmed that FIAT intends to bring the Topolino to the U.S. market, with more details expected next year. The model currently sold in Europe is classified as a light electric quadricycle, offering a modest top speed of about 28 mph and an estimated range of roughly 47 miles, making it suitable for short urban routes. In Italy, the vehicle has become one of the leaders in the L6e segment, reflecting growing demand for compact, affordable EVs.
The new collaboration also pays homage to the original Fiat 500 Topolino from 1936 to 1955, adding historical context to the modern design. Britto described the Brittolino as a moving artwork that brings together the creativity of Italy, FIAT, and his own visual identity. The BRITTO brand noted that such projects allow millions of people to encounter his art in everyday life.
For now, U.S. consumers can sign up for updates, but the increasing interest in small electric mobility and FIAT’s expanding EV strategy suggest that the Topolino’s arrival in the American market is a realistic next step.
