A rare modern supercar has appeared on Bring a Trailer: a 2017 Acura NSX with just 956 miles on the odometer. For a model whose production officially ended in 2022, mileage this low places the car in near time-capsule territory. What makes this NSX particularly notable, however, is that it is far from stock.

The car wears a carbon-fiber AimGain body kit consisting of a front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler. Combined with an Air Lift Performance air suspension, the NSX sits dramatically low while retaining the ability to raise its ride height for road use. The seller notes that the air suspension functions as intended, though the factory suspension is no longer included.

Mechanically, the NSX remains true to its original design. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 working alongside three electric motors and a nine-speed dual-clutch transaxle. Factory output is rated at 573 horsepower and 476 lb-ft of torque, delivered to all four wheels via Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system. Modifications include an Fi exhaust system, carbon-ceramic brakes, and staggered 20- and 21-inch Vossen wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.

The cabin features red leather upholstery with black Alcantara inserts, heated power-adjustable seats, a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, an ELS audio system, and a fully digital instrument display. The odometer shows 956 miles, with roughly 50 added during current ownership.

A Carfax report lists no accident history, though it does indicate at least one open recall. The NSX is being offered by a dealer in Mississippi with a clean New York title, and a previously recorded lien has been satisfied.

With the NSX no longer in production and few low-mileage examples remaining, cars like this continue to draw attention from collectors. At the same time, its extensive modifications place it firmly in show-car territory, a factor that has sparked debate among auction watchers. As bidding continues, the market will ultimately decide whether exclusivity or originality carries more weight for this modern hybrid supercar.
