Hyundai’s limited-edition IONIQ 5 Disney100 Platinum Edition now offers up to $16,000 off. Explore features, financing options, and deal expiration details.

Hyundai is offering a rare opportunity for electric SUV enthusiasts and Disney fans alike — the limited-edition IONIQ 5 Disney100 Platinum Edition is now available with record-breaking discounts. Launched to celebrate Disney's 100th anniversary, this model quickly became a collector's item.

The special edition stands out with its exclusive Gravity Gold Matte finish, unique Disney100 wheels, and branded badges inside and out. The interior features a two-tone terra brown and mud gray color scheme, Disney100 logos on headrests and floor mats, and a Disney-themed intro sequence playing classic tunes on the center screen at startup.

Only 1,000 units of this electric SUV were produced, making it a rare find. According to CarsDirect, Hyundai recently introduced a hidden $2,500 dealer cash incentive, which dealerships may or may not pass on to buyers. This comes on top of a previously announced $10,000 discount that has been in place since last March. Additionally, Hyundai is offering 0% APR financing for up to 60 months or up to $7,500 in bonus cash.

With these offers combined, lease discounts can reach up to $13,750, and with the dealer incentive, savings could exceed $16,000. The deal is valid until March 31. Starting at $59,400, the Disney100 Platinum Edition could drop to as low as $43,400 with maximum incentives — making it even cheaper than the base SE trim.

However, specific details about where exactly the $2,500 dealer cash is available remain undisclosed. There is no clear information on the demand for this model, the number of remaining units, or guaranteed delivery times — raising questions about whether buyers can receive their car before the March 31 deadline.

Meanwhile, Hyundai has already launched the upgraded 2025 IONIQ 5, offering more range, refreshed design, and NACS charging compatibility for Tesla Superchargers — positioning the Disney edition more as a collector’s piece than a practical choice for those seeking the latest features.

Hyundai is also promoting a free ChargePoint Level 2 Home Flex charger or a $400 public charging credit, though it remains unclear if the Disney100 Platinum Edition qualifies for this offer.

For anyone dreaming of a car with Disney magic — and looking for serious savings — now may be the best time to buy.
