Bugatti and LEGO Group present two new official LEGO models
Bugatti and the LEGO Group announce two new LEGO sets inspired by the Chiron Pur Sport and Vision Gran Turismo. Explore the details and context of the release.
Bugatti and the LEGO Group continue to expand their long-running partnership with the launch of two new official sets, bringing fresh additions to the French brand’s presence in the world of construction models. The new releases — the LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport and the LEGO Speed Champions Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo — mark an important moment in the collaboration between the two companies.
With these launches, four different Bugatti LEGO models are now available at the same time for the first time. Alongside the new sets, the LEGO Speed Champions Bugatti Centodieci and the LEGO Technic Bugatti Bolide remain on sale, highlighting the growing scale and continuity of a partnership that began with the LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron in 2018.
The LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport reflects the character of one of the most handling-focused versions of the Chiron family. The real car was developed with an emphasis on precision and agility, and this philosophy is translated into the set’s design. Built from 771 pieces, the model features working steering, opening body panels and a detailed representation of the iconic W16 engine. Its proportions make it a strong display piece, while the recommended age of 9+ underlines the engineering and educational nature of the Technic line.
The second release turns to Bugatti’s digital heritage. The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo, originally created as a concept car for the Gran Turismo video game and unveiled in 2015, represents the brand’s tribute to its racing past. Its design draws inspiration from the legendary Bugatti Type 57 Tank and the marque’s victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1937 and 1939. That virtual vision has now been transformed into a physical LEGO Speed Champions model made up of 284 pieces.
The LEGO version of the Vision Gran Turismo faithfully recreates the concept’s defining elements, including the signature horseshoe grille, distinctive lighting design, dramatic rear wing and wide tyres marked with Michelin branding. A driver minifigure dressed in a Bugatti racing outfit completes the set, reinforcing its motorsport identity within the Speed Champions series.
Both new sets are supported by the LEGO Builder app, which offers interactive 3D instructions, progress tracking and digital model interaction. This approach reflects LEGO’s broader strategy of combining physical building with digital tools to enhance the overall experience.
According to Bugatti, the collaboration with the LEGO Group goes beyond traditional licensing. It allows the brand to connect not only with hypercar owners, but also with a much wider audience of collectors, gamers and performance enthusiasts. The simultaneous availability of four different Bugatti models suggests a mature phase of the partnership and may point toward further joint projects in the future.
