Alfa Romeo opens 2026 with a clear statement of intent, choosing the Brussels Motor Show as the stage to showcase both its latest creations and its broader strategic direction. The brand uses the event not only to unveil new models, but also to underline its vision of contemporary sportiness rooted in heritage, technology and driving emotion.

The undisputed highlight of the stand is the world premiere of the Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa, the most extreme Quadrifoglio ever produced. Limited to just ten units worldwide, the special series marks the first tangible outcome of the partnership between Alfa Romeo and the Luna Rossa sailing team. More than a styling exercise, the project reflects a deeper exchange of engineering philosophies and a shared understanding of performance as a cultural value.

Developed within the BOTTEGAFUORISERIE ecosystem, Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa features a bespoke aerodynamic package capable of generating up to 140 kg of downforce at 300 km/h, five times more than the standard production version. Power comes from the familiar 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 delivering 520 hp, paired with a mechanical limited-slip differential to maximise control and precision.

The car’s aerodynamic concept draws inspiration from the foils of AC75 yachts used in the America’s Cup, translating solutions from elite sailing into automotive form. Visual links to Luna Rossa are reinforced by an iridescent exterior finish and interior details incorporating original material from the team’s sails.

Beyond the headline premiere, Alfa Romeo’s Brussels presence reflects a broader product strategy. The stand also hosts the Belgian debut of the new Tonale, the limited-edition Stelvio Quadrifoglio Collezione, and the Junior Sport Speciale, including a fully electric 156-hp variant. Together, these models illustrate a range that spans compact mobility and high-performance flagships.

A dedicated area is reserved for BOTTEGAFUORISERIE, presented as a long-term platform combining bespoke car creation, customer personalisation, performance development and the preservation of historical heritage. The project brings together Alfa Romeo and Maserati under a shared vision that blends craftsmanship, innovation and cultural continuity.

The Brussels Motor Show appearance comes at a moment of growth for the brand. Alfa Romeo reports double-digit global sales increases in 2025 and confirms that orders for the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio will reopen in the first quarter of 2026. In this context, the debut of Giulia Quadrifoglio Luna Rossa serves as more than a limited-series showcase — it signals the brand’s determination to keep performance and emotion at the core of its identity as it moves into a new chapter.
