Skoda Elroq RS: High-Performance Electric SUV Debuts in Milan

Explore the new Skoda Elroq RS—340 hp, 550 km range, and sleek RS design. Debuting at Milan Design Week with limited-edition Botas sneakers.
Skoda is redefining its performance lineup with the unveiling of the Elroq RS — a sporty, all-electric version of its new compact SUV. The model will make its public debut at Milan Design Week, featured in an immersive installation by Italian artist Marcantonio.
Positioned at the top of the Elroq family, the RS edition boasts dual electric motors and an all-wheel-drive system, producing a combined 250 kW (340 hp). It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds, while maintaining an impressive WLTP range of up to 550 km. To enhance driving dynamics, Skoda equips the Elroq RS with adaptive DCC suspension and reinforced brakes featuring two-piston calipers — engineered for both sporty performance and long-distance comfort.
Fast charging is another highlight: the 84 kWh battery recharges from 10 to 80% in 26 minutes on a DC fast charger, or fully charges in about 8 hours on an 11 kW home AC unit. Inside, the RS Lounge offers heated sport seats upholstered in Suedia with lime green stitching. A massage function is optionally available for the front passenger as part of the Maxx package. The predominantly black cabin features carbon-look trim and a three-spoke RS steering wheel, adding to the athletic ambiance. Tech touches include a 5-inch digital cockpit, a 13-inch infotainment screen, and an AR-enhanced head-up display projecting driving data directly onto the windshield.
Styling-wise, the Elroq RS stands out with exclusive 21-inch aerodynamic wheels, a glossy black Tech-Deck Face grille, bold bumpers, and signature RS Mamba Green paint — with other color options also available. Sporty black accents cover the window trims, roof rails, mirror caps, and Škoda badging on the bonnet and tailgate.
Practicality remains central, with a 470-liter boot expanding to 1,580 liters with the rear seats folded. A virtual pedal allows hands-free access, and a QR code in the trunk links to a video guide that walks users through the vehicle’s features.
The Milan launch goes beyond automobiles. In collaboration with Czech brand Botas, Skoda will reveal a limited-edition sneaker collection — just 130 pairs — crafted using design cues and materials from the Elroq, reflecting Škoda’s “Modern Solid” design philosophy.
While official pricing has yet to be released, European reports suggest the RS variant will exceed the current Elroq 85 Sportline price point of €48,400 in Germany. Market entry is expected in the second half of 2025.
With the Elroq RS, Skoda delivers a compelling blend of speed, sustainability, and sophistication — and this could be only the beginning for its electric RS range.
