Bentley Motors has opened applications for its 2026 apprenticeship intake, offering 25 roles across key business areas as part of its long-term Beyond100+ strategy.

Bentley Motors has opened applications for its 2026 apprenticeship programme, continuing one of the longest-running early careers initiatives in the UK automotive industry. The new intake, starting in September 2026, will offer 25 apprenticeship positions at a time when the company is undergoing a fundamental transformation.

Launched during National Apprenticeship Week, the programme builds on more than 40 years of experience in developing skilled professionals, many of whom have progressed into senior engineering and leadership roles within Bentley. The 2026 intake is closely aligned with the company’s Beyond100+ strategy, which is guiding Bentley toward an electrified and more sustainable future.

Apprenticeship opportunities will be available across Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Quality, Mulliner, Strategy and Product Lines. All roles will be based at Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe, often referred to as the Dream Factory, where traditional craftsmanship meets advanced engineering and sustainable production methods.

The programme spans multiple levels, from Advanced Apprenticeships through to Degree Apprenticeships, offering academic equivalence up to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. From the outset, apprentices gain hands-on experience, working alongside specialists and contributing directly to projects involved in the design, development and delivery of Bentley vehicles.

Bentley positions its apprenticeship scheme as a long-term investment in the people who will shape the next chapter of the brand. This focus on talent development is reinforced by the company’s recognition as a UK Top Employer for the fifteenth consecutive year, reflecting sustained commitment to workplace culture and professional growth.

Applications for the 2026 apprenticeship intake are open until 20 February 2026.
