FIAT has introduced the Topolino Corallo with a new color and larger digital cluster, as reported in a Stellantis press release. Learn what’s new.

FIAT has expanded the range of its most compact electric vehicle, the Topolino quadricycle, introducing the vibrant new Corallo version and a larger digital cluster while reinforcing its position in Europe’s growing micromobility segment.

The most visible change is the arrival of the Corallo shade. This warm, sun-inspired color joins Verde Vita, turning the lineup into a one-model, two-personality family. For FIAT, long associated with expressive color strategies, the addition is more than cosmetic — it strengthens the emotional appeal of urban mobility.

Inside, the update is equally tangible. The previous 3.5-inch display has been replaced by a new 5.7-inch digital cluster, with a total panel area of 8.3 inches. FIAT emphasizes simplified graphics and improved readability, a practical enhancement for a vehicle designed primarily for everyday city driving and younger users.

The technical foundation remains unchanged. Measuring just 2.53 meters in length, the Topolino reaches a maximum speed of 45 km/h, consistent with its European L6e light quadricycle classification. Power comes from a 6 kW (8 hp) electric motor paired with a 5.4–5.5 kWh battery, delivering up to 75 km of range under European testing standards. Charging is possible via a standard household socket. In several European countries, the L6e homologation allows the vehicle to be driven with an AM category license.

Production takes place at Stellantis’ Kenitra plant in Morocco, alongside related models such as the Citroën Ami and Opel Rocks Electric, highlighting the shared industrial strategy behind the group’s micromobility offerings.

Commercial performance underscores the model’s relevance. In 2025, the Topolino secured the number-one position in the European quadricycle market with around 20% market share, indicating that ultra-compact electric vehicles are moving beyond niche status into a clearly defined urban mobility segment.

Depending on the country and financing conditions, pricing in Europe starts at approximately €8,890 to €9,890, with leasing programs available from around €49 per month. This positioning reinforces the Topolino’s role as one of the most accessible electric mobility solutions currently available.

FIAT has also showcased the model in new markets, including the United Kingdom, and has indicated plans for a future introduction in the United States as a neighborhood electric vehicle. While detailed U.S. specifications have not yet been disclosed, the geographic expansion signals the broader strategic importance of the project.

With Corallo, FIAT is not simply adding a new paint option. The update represents another step in refining a concept built around compact dimensions, approachable technology and emotionally driven urban design.
