Bugatti recognizes 2024’s best service teams across regions

Bugatti awards UAE, Greenwich, Zurich, Vienna and Singapore service teams for excellence in 2024 as part of its global Service Excellence Program.

Bugatti has once again turned the spotlight on those who operate behind the scenes of its automotive masterpieces — the service partners who ensure that every detail remains flawless long after delivery. In 2024, the marque’s prestigious Global Service Partner of the Year award was granted to Bugatti UAE, represented by Al Habtoor Motors. This recognition crowns a longstanding collaboration: since 2006, the Dubai-based partner has steadily raised the bar, culminating in the 2017 opening of the world’s largest Bugatti showroom.

The Bugatti Service Excellence Program, launched in 2021, honors standout partners across the brand’s global presence, including Europe, North America, and the Middle East & Asia. This year, alongside the global titleholder, Bugatti Greenwich (North America) and Bugatti Zurich (Europe) were recognized for regional excellence. Bugatti Vienna was also honored, receiving the title of Most Improved Service Partner, though the specific improvements leading to this award have not been disclosed publicly.

The criteria for selection are rigorous. Awardees are not chosen for prestige alone but for demonstrated technical proficiency, outstanding customer experience, and unwavering commitment to the guiding ethos of Ettore Bugatti — that if something is comparable, it is no longer worthy of the Bugatti name. This philosophy extends into every process, including training and certification. Service teams are supported by Bugatti’s experts in Molsheim and adhere to ISO 9001 standards — a benchmark of quality and consistency across the network.

Alexis Ploix, Director of Aftersales and Customer Service at Bugatti, underscored that the strength of the Bugatti brand lies in its precision and pursuit of perfection. He noted that it is this dedication that transforms hypercar ownership from an indulgence into an experience of artistry. As Bugatti steers into a new era with the Tourbillon and W16 Mistral, its global network of accredited service professionals remains the bedrock of the marque’s enduring excellence.
