Aston Martin Unveils First Residential Project in Brazil

Aston Martin announces its first residential project in Brazil with Setai Grupo GP, introducing a 45-storey luxury tower in João Pessoa. Learn key details.

Aston Martin is extending its presence beyond the automotive world, announcing its first residential project in Brazil and across South America. The new development, Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin, will rise in João Pessoa, Paraíba, in partnership with Setai Grupo GP, the largest privately held developer in Brazil’s North-East.

The project will feature a 45-storey tower, placing it among the tallest buildings in the region, within a complex of approximately 30,000 square metres. Residential units will range from 105 to 320 square metres, with completion scheduled for 2031.

This announcement builds on Aston Martin’s expanding real estate portfolio. In 2025, the marque completed N°001 Minami Aoyama in Japan and announced a project in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The Brazilian development represents the second collaboration under the Interiors by Aston Martin banner, through which the brand translates its approach to materiality and craftsmanship into residential architecture.

Interior design for the João Pessoa project will be led by Aston Martin, bringing into the living environment the same principles that define its luxury automobiles: timeless design, premium materials, precision engineering and meticulous attention to detail. According to Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification, the development blends British sophistication with the natural appeal of Paraíba, shaping a vision of contemporary Brazilian luxury.

João Pessoa has been consolidating its position as a centre of economic and demographic growth, alongside notable tourism expansion. The city’s real estate market is driven by its beaches, historical heritage and improving infrastructure, attracting high-net-worth buyers from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Brasília, as well as remote professionals and investors seeking a balance between urban appeal and tranquillity.

Setai Grupo GP operates in four capitals across Brazil’s North-East and has delivered more than 8,000 residential units. For the developer, the project represents a strategic move to position the region on the global ultra-luxury residential map. Architectural responsibility has been entrusted to Baggio Pereira and Schiavon Arquitetura, who will oversee the project’s creative and technical execution.

More than a new building, Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin is conceived as an ultra-luxury address, connecting architecture, design, lifestyle and performance while reinforcing Paraíba’s profile as a high-end residential destination in Brazil and beyond.
