Skoda presents the Enyaq RS and Coupé RS with 250 kW output, 568 km range, and bold design, revealed at the 2025 Ice Hockey World Championship.

Electric evolution in RS style: Skoda has unveiled its most powerful electric vehicles to date — the updated Enyaq RS and Enyaq Coupé RS — during the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship held in Stockholm and Herning. These models, introduced as part of Skoda’s 32-year partnership with the tournament, combine a sporty character, robust electric performance, and thoughtful detailing across design, comfort, and infrastructure.

The brand is clearly focused on performance: both variants are equipped with dual electric motors, one on each axle, delivering all-wheel drive and a total system output of 250 kW (340 hp). This setup allows them to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds, making them the fastest electric Skodas ever. Their top speed is electronically limited to 180 km/h.

With an 84 kWh battery, the Enyaq RS SUV boasts a WLTP range of up to 562 km, while the more aerodynamic Coupé version reaches 568 km, thanks to a drag coefficient of just 0.239. Fast charging is supported at up to 185 kW, enabling a 10–80% recharge in just 26 minutes.

Design upgrades include a new Tech-Deck Face grille with illumination, black exterior trim, and a sportier front bumper. The exclusive Mamba Green colour makes a bold statement, while buyers can choose between 20- or 21-inch wheels with aerodynamic hubcaps.

Inside, the cabin strikes a fine balance between sportiness and comfort. The RS Lounge interior features Suedia microfiber and faux leather with lime green stitching, while the RS Suite focuses on leather and understated grey accents. Standard equipment includes integrated headrest sports seats with massage functionality and a three-spoke RS steering wheel.

On the tech front, the cars come with LED Matrix headlights, the Travel Assist 2.6 suite (enhanced via VW Group cloud data), Driving Mode Select, and optional adaptive chassis (DCC) with 15-stage damper adjustment. Remote and memory parking features are available via the MySkoda app, alongside new 45W USB-C ports and a virtual pedal for easy trunk access.

In a growing field of electric SUVs, the Enyaq RS presents a compelling European alternative. With its blend of dynamic performance, advanced features, and refined styling at a competitive price point, it offers a practical counterpoint to rivals like the Tesla Model Y Performance.
