Rolls-Royce Spectre celebrates floral artistry at Chelsea Flower Show

Rolls-Royce presents a bespoke Spectre in Velvet Orchid with Peony Pink details during the Chelsea Flower Show 2025, embracing floral inspiration and luxury design.
Rolls-Royce once again proves that art can take on the most unexpected forms—even that of an electric coupe. This week in Chelsea, at the heart of southwest London, the marque presented a bespoke version of the Spectre EV amidst the floral displays that adorn the streets and entrances during the renowned Chelsea Flower Show.
This debut wasn’t just a vehicle showcase—it was an aesthetic statement. The Spectre was finished in a deep Velvet Orchid hue, complemented by a delicate hand-painted Peony Pink Coachline, chosen not by chance. Orchids and peonies traditionally symbolize elegance, sensuality, and refinement—perfectly in tune with the tastes of Rolls-Royce clientele.
According to Boris Weletzky, Regional Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the UK, Europe, and Central Asia, participating in such events is a chance to "hit the brief" of their discerning audience. Dress codes have become a cultural norm at these gatherings, and Rolls-Royce embraces these traditions alongside its patrons.
Rolls-Royce’s presence in Chelsea continues a longstanding tradition of nature-inspired Bespoke commissions. Past creations such as the Phantom Cherry Blossom and Daisy Cullinan have shown how floral motifs can be woven into personal narratives. The Spectre follows this path—not merely a vehicle, but a mobile artwork rich in symbolism.
Behind the visual beauty lie technical feats. The Spectre delivers 576 horsepower, 900 Nm of torque, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. With a WLTP range of up to 530 kilometers, it’s a bold contender in the ultra-luxury EV segment.
As Britain’s social season begins, Rolls-Royce’s presence at the Chelsea Flower Show feels like a refined gesture: aesthetics, symbolism, and meticulous craftsmanship remain core to the brand’s identity. Ahead lie new seasons, new themes, and likely, new cars inspired by equally exquisite stories.
