SEAT & CUPRA will present their 2025 financial results and future strategy during the Annual Media Conference on March 12, led by CEO Markus Haupt and EVP Patrik Andreas Mayer.

SEAT and CUPRA have announced their Annual Media Conference, where the company’s leadership will present the financial results for 2025 and outline the strategic priorities for the coming years. The online event will take place on March 12, 2026, at 12:00 CET and will be streamed live.

The presentation will be led by Markus Haupt, CEO of SEAT and CUPRA, together with Patrik Andreas Mayer, Executive Vice-President for Finance and IT. During the conference, the executives will review the company’s performance over the past year and discuss the direction of its future development.

The event comes after a record year for SEAT S.A. In 2025, the company delivered 586,300 vehicles worldwide, marking a 5.1% increase compared with the previous year and surpassing the previous sales record set in 2019.

A major factor behind this growth was the strong performance of the CUPRA brand. CUPRA sales rose by 32.5% to 328,800 vehicles, allowing the brand to surpass SEAT for the first time. The SEAT brand delivered 257,400 cars during the same period.

Among CUPRA’s models, the CUPRA Formentor stood out as the brand’s best-selling vehicle, reaching about 104,400 units. Electrified vehicles also play an increasingly important role in the lineup, including the fully electric CUPRA Born and the electric SUV CUPRA Tavascan.

The company’s electrification push is also reflected in sales figures. Deliveries of plug-in hybrid vehicles increased by 69.2%, while fully electric vehicle sales grew by 65.9%, highlighting the accelerating demand for electrified models.

Electrification remains one of the core pillars of SEAT S.A.’s strategy. The company is investing around €3 billion in the modernization of its Martorell plant, which will produce a new family of electric urban vehicles within the Volkswagen Group’s Electric Urban Car project.

One of the key upcoming models is the CUPRA Raval, an electric city car scheduled to enter production in 2026. The project is part of a broader plan to introduce several compact electric vehicles across different Volkswagen Group brands.

The Annual Media Conference will be held in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish and German. After the presentation, starting at 13:15 CET, registered journalists will have the opportunity to participate in virtual group interviews with the company’s executives.

The livestream will be available on a dedicated event website as well as on YouTube, and media outlets will be able to broadcast the presentation on their own platforms using the embedded video stream.

The annual conference traditionally serves as a platform where SEAT and CUPRA review their yearly results and outline their next strategic steps. Following a record year and the rapid growth of the CUPRA brand, the upcoming presentation is expected to provide further insight into how the company plans to continue expanding its electrified lineup and strengthen its position in the market.
