Dodge announced the new Sub-Zero exterior color for the 2026 Charger lineup, expanding customization options across gasoline SIXPACK and electric Daytona models.

Dodge continues to expand personalization options for the new-generation Charger. For the 2026 model year lineup, the brand has introduced a new exterior color called Sub-Zero, adding another layer to the factory customization program available across the entire model range.

The new shade is described as a cool-toned blue-gray solid color with a dual personality. In the shade it appears deep and restrained, while in direct sunlight it reveals a brighter icy blue tone. According to Dodge, this effect is designed to emphasize the muscular proportions and the distinctive widebody stance of the new Charger.

The Sub-Zero paint is now available to order with an MSRP of $795. It applies to the full Charger lineup, including models powered by the twin-turbo Hurricane 3.0-liter inline-six engine as well as the fully electric Daytona versions.

The introduction of the new color fits into Dodge’s broader strategy of expanding factory customization. Sub-Zero joins recently introduced appearance elements such as the Fratzog dual stripes, featuring a repeating Fratzog logo pattern with a red accent, and the Satin Black hood graphic designed for SIXPACK models.

Together, these elements allow owners to shape the visual character of their Charger more extensively than before. In addition to stripes and hood graphics, the brand also offers Mopar accessories such as bodyside graphics and other styling components aimed at further individualizing the vehicle.

The new color becomes part of a broader palette of 10 exterior shades available for the 2026 Charger. Alongside Sub-Zero, buyers can choose from After Dark, Bludicrous, Destroyer Grey, Diamond Black, Green Machine, Peel Out, Redeye, Triple Nickel and White Knuckle.

The new-generation Charger itself is built around Dodge’s multi-energy lineup concept. This means the model is offered both with internal combustion engines and in a fully electric form. The gasoline range includes the Hurricane inline-six powered 420-horsepower Charger R/T and the 550-horsepower Charger Scat Pack, while the electric side of the lineup is represented by the 670-horsepower Charger Daytona Scat Pack.

All versions of the Charger come standard with all-wheel drive, while some variants feature a mode that can send the entire torque output to the rear wheels. Buyers can also choose between a two-door coupe and a four-door body style.

Industry recognition has also followed the new model. The Charger has already received several major awards, including the 2026 North American Car of the Year, the Detroit Free Press Car of the Year, and the TopGear.com U.S. Car of the Year.

Against this backdrop, the addition of the Sub-Zero paint is more than a cosmetic update. It reflects Dodge’s broader ambition to position the new Charger not only as a powerful next-generation muscle car, but also as a platform for extensive factory personalization.
