Alfa Romeo celebrates 115 years with historic gathering in Arese

Alfa Romeo turns 115 in 2025 and invites fans to Arese for a celebration of racing heritage, iconic models, and Italian design legacy.
This year, Alfa Romeo is not simply celebrating a birthday — it's tracing the arc of automotive history. On June 22, the brand will host a vibrant, full-day celebration at the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese, Italy, marking 115 years since the marque’s founding in Milan in 1910.
The program is more than just a tribute; it’s a living, breathing immersion into Alfa Romeo's spirit. From the Regularity Course for vintage cars to the spectacular flashmob where 115 Alfa Romeos will spell out “AR115” on the museum’s track, every element is designed to honor the bond between the brand and its global fan base. There will be club gatherings, a historical conference, and a parade led by the Giulia Sprint GTA — an icon turning 60 this year. The day concludes with a toast on the track, bringing together enthusiasts across generations.
But the 115th anniversary doesn’t stand alone. 2025 has turned out to be a year densely packed with milestones. It’s been 100 years since the Tipo P2 won the first Grand Prix World Championship, 75 years since the debut of the Alfa 1900 — the brand’s first mass-produced car, and 70 years since the launch of the Giulietta Berlina. Add to that the 60th birthday of the Giulia Sprint GTA and the 50th of the 33 TT 12, plus 10 years since the museum’s major reopening, and you begin to see a pattern: a convergence of dates that speaks not just to nostalgia, but to legacy repeating and renewing itself.
To tie it all together, Alfa Romeo has revealed a special anniversary logo — a dynamic diagonal composition with the number "115" embraced by the traditional Biscione serpent crest. It’s a visual bridge between heritage and ambition, designed to accompany fans and clubs throughout this symbolic year.
