Bugatti Bolide program sets new standard in hypercar owner support

Bugatti elevates customer experience with certified Bolide Centers offering trackside training, logistics, and expert racing support worldwide.

Bugatti is once again pushing the boundaries for those who seek not just to own a hypercar, but to fully experience its limits on the racetrack. At the heart of this initiative lies a new training program for specialists in certified Bolide Centers—teams that bridge the gap between top-tier engineering and hands-on motorsport immersion.

Held over four days at Molsheim and the Circuit de Mirecourt, the program trains mechanics, technicians, and logistics experts in the intricacies of Bolide maintenance and track support. From loading the car onto transporters to final shakedown simulations, every detail is mastered. The culmination: a test alongside Bugatti’s official driver, Bruno Spengler—DTM champion and Le Mans veteran. Only then do these specialists earn the right to accompany Bolide owners to the track.

These owners are far from casual enthusiasts. The first “Feeling The Track” event at Circuit Paul Ricard made that clear: participants underwent warm-up laps in a Porsche 911 GT3 RS before stepping into the Bolide. In the U.S., one owner rented out the Circuit of the Americas just a day after delivery, completing 12 laps in wet conditions and hitting 333 km/h. Their feedback? Pure exhilaration—the Bolide is remarkably controllable, even in the rain.

While Bugatti hasn't disclosed the cost of its trackside support, it's evident that the offering operates on an uncompromising level of individual service. From pre-delivery inspections to race-day execution, every touchpoint reflects a philosophy rooted in excellence.

The support program is now centralized, meaning consistent standards apply globally—regardless of location. Though the list of Bolide Centers remains undisclosed, their capability is clearly aligned with the demanding nature of the vehicle itself.

As for competitors, no direct equivalents have been identified. Bugatti may well be setting a new benchmark in post-sale services for track-focused hypercars. Given the passion of the owners and the professionalism of the support crews, this model of engagement could become the next industry standard.
