Range Rover presents London-inspired Editions at Mastery Market
Range Rover presented London-inspired Editions at The Mastery Market in Belgravia, linking new models to city districts, design heritage and craft culture.
Range Rover turned central London into a marketplace to unveil a new line of vehicles — and in doing so, highlighted how far automotive launches have moved beyond traditional presentations.
At Eccleston Yards in Belgravia, the brand introduced The Mastery Market, a one-day pop-up inspired by London’s historic markets. Instead of a conventional display of cars, the space featured craft workshops, floristry, curated design archives and even coffee served from a converted 1991 Range Rover Classic. Through this setting, the company brought its London-inspired Editions to life.
The series is closely tied to the city’s districts. Range Rover Evoque Hoxton Edition and Range Rover Velar Belgravia Edition have already been presented, while Westminster and Battersea versions are set to follow in spring. Each model reflects a specific area: Hoxton’s creative scene, Belgravia’s Georgian architecture and luxury lifestyle, Battersea’s industrial heritage and regeneration, and Westminster’s role as the political and historical core of London.
These references extend into the vehicles themselves through dedicated badging, bespoke wheel designs and distinctive interior finishes. The Hoxton Edition features unique identifiers and design details linked to its district, while the Belgravia Edition includes a limited Satin version of 400 units with exclusive exterior treatment and protective film.
The Mastery Market translated this concept into a physical experience. Participants ranged from a leather workshop rooted in Camden’s Stables Market to florists connected to New Covent Garden Market, each representing a facet of London’s craft culture. Their work echoed the materials and design language of the vehicles, including the use of leather-free alternatives now part of Range Rover’s broader material strategy.
The choice of Eccleston Yards reinforces the narrative. Once a utilitarian urban site, it has been redeveloped into a hub for design, wellness and hospitality in Belgravia — aligning with the idea of transformation that also defines districts like Battersea.
This format reflects a wider industry shift. Automotive brands increasingly rely on immersive experiences rather than static showcases, particularly in the luxury segment where the product is inseparable from its cultural and design context. Range Rover positions this approach within its concept of modern luxury, where materials, heritage and environment play a central role.
The connection to London is not new for the brand. Previous collaborations and special editions have drawn on British design heritage, and this series continues that direction by making the city itself part of the product narrative.
The rollout of the London-inspired Editions will continue through spring, with additional models entering the market. The project therefore extends beyond a single event, evolving into a broader launch sequence tied together by a unified concept.
